Hunza tea- the elixir






Recipe

Ingredients-
grated ginger
Mint leaves 5-6
Holy basil 2-3 leaves
Green cardamom 2
Cinnamon stick
Jaggery
Lemon (optional)

Method
Take 1.5 cup water in a pan.
Boil the water than dim the gas flame.
Put all the above ingredients one by one.
In the last add some crushed jaggery.
Let the jaggery melt in the water completely on low flame.
Now pour your tea in a cup .
Add some drops of lemon juice in your tea.
If you like your tea as it is you can skip the lemon part.
Enjoy your hunza tea.
